We are looking for a talented, high-energy customer focused consultative sales professional who sees the value in pre-owned/showroom display kitchens and finding them a new home!

The best fit candidate will have the following experience:

• Retail, Inbound, and Web-Oriented sales experience
• Consistent record of hitting and exceeding target quotas
• Oriented with higher ticket merchandise.
• Experience in the kitchen, bath, appliance or building industry.

We are looking for a talented, high-energy, customer focused consultative sales professional.

Responsibilities

• Work daily pipeline of Inbound Leads: Web; Phone; In-Store.
• Outbound Consultive calls to Customers in database.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Deliver high level of Customer Satisfaction.
• Complete all records in an acc­urate manner.
• Update the CRM.
• Follow all defined sales operations standards.

Skills

• Knowledge of kitchen layouts, cabinetry and appliances a big plus, or at the very least an insatiable desire to learn it.
• Must be a strong communicator, able to close sales both in-person and over the phone, comfortable throughout a negotiation with an infectious positive attitude.
• Extraordinary conversation and people skills
• Goal setting, planning, accountability skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, positive attitude.

Experience:

• 2+ years in progressive sales positions.
• Kitchen, bath, app­liance or building products experience.
• Experience in Inbound and Outbound sales.
• Proficiency in SalesForce, Hubspot or other CRM tools.

Work schedule:

• Five days a week including Saturday rotation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Pay includes a generous monthly team bonus ($1200-$2700 monthly potential).
